Want a pool or cold plunge next summer? Start in the fall.

Lit water feature spilling onto river rock at night

Most people start thinking about a pool in May. By then the season is already booked. Design, permits and scheduling all happen before anyone digs, so the conversation in the fall and winter is the one that gets you in the water for the summer instead of at the end of it.

What gets decided before the dig

Where it sits. Sun through the afternoon, the view from the kitchen window, how far it is from the back door. These shape how much you actually use it.

What goes around it. The deck, any retaining, the steps, planting and lighting. Designed together, the pool belongs to the yard. Added later, it looks dropped in.

Access. Machines have to get into the yard. Access, rock and weather are the things that move a build schedule, and you'll hear which ones apply to your property while we're standing in it.

Pool, spa or cold plunge. Sometimes the honest answer is a spa or a cold plunge you use all year rather than a pool you only use in summer.

Seeing it before you commit

Your design consult is free. We walk your property with you and put a budget range in front of you, then the full 2D and 3D design shows you your pool and the space around it before anything gets dug. You also get the schedule before we start rather than after, so you know what your summer looks like.

The dig is the fast part

Once the planning is done, the build moves. Blaine's fastest so far: "Built a cost effective pool and had them swimming in three days from the time we started the dig." That speed comes from the design and scheduling done before it, not from cutting corners on the day.

Why the install matters as much as the pool

You're working with an authorized ImmerSpa distributor and certified installer for pools, spas and cold plunges. The same crew that designs your yard builds your pool and everything around it, so you are not project-managing three separate companies who blame each other when something goes wrong.
